SCHEDULE

March 13, 2019, Friday evening. Arrival at the township Kalevala. Accommodation in a tourist complex “WelT” (hotel or houses). Dinner.  Sauna on demand.

March 14, 2019, Saturday. Breakfast, familiarity with the trail, the selection of ointments, preparation of skis, lunch, dinner. At 18-00 – meeting and INFO (important!).

March 15, 2019, Sunday. Early breakfast, 8-00 – Start of the race “Karelian hundred” at the hotel “WelT”, 8-00 – 20-00 – race, three points of fast-food on the trail and bite and sup at the finish at the hotel.

At  21-00 – Awards and gala dinner.

March 16, 2018, Monday. Breakfast. Check out. Departure.

PRICE

Participation in the race, the accommodation and food will be paid as a package.

With self-arrival in Kalevala registration fee will be 140 euro

Registration fee includes a fully whole event:

– Accommodation in a tourist complex “WelT” from March 15 till March 18;

– Food: dinner March 13-14, breakfast March 13-16, lunch March 14, three points of fast-food on the trail, banquet March 15;

– Participation in the Race, prizes.

If you arrive to Kalevala at March 14 in the afternoon (after lunch), the price of the package to take part in the “Karelian hundred” will be 110 euro.

Payment is made before the event at the organizational meeting.

REGISTRATION

To participate in the race you have to not later than one week before the date of the race (until March 08, 2019 inclusive) to complete the application form on this website.
